May is Mental Health Awareness Month. It is important to take a few minutes out of your day to quiet the mind and have inner stillness to rejuvenate you as a person. Over the last several months of events we have experienced across the world mental health is crucial for each one of us. We need to be reach out and support everyone we can, especially mental health. We do not know whom may be suffering in silence behind the doors. Especially our front-line respondents’ nurses, doctors, paramedics, police officer, firefighters etc. They are the most vulnerable to experience stress and mental health issues currently. Who is taking care of them? In my own way to give back to the community and the world I have recorded a 10-minute relaxation/calmness recording. Please take a few minutes each day for yourself and find stillness.
